The Maisa mobile app enables easy access to public social care and health care services on your phone. Users can conveniently manage their own and their family's healthcare and social services from anywhere at any time. Features include secure messaging with your care team, access to medical and social care records, viewing test results, and appointment management.

The Maisa portal provides various functionalities such as:

• Requesting advice or contact
• Reviewing and updating social care and health care information
• Viewing test results
• Booking and cancelling appointments
• Completing questionnaires before appointments
• Uploading self-monitoring results from compatible apps like Google Fit
• Engaging in video appointments with healthcare providers
• Utilizing the Appointment Arrival feature for easy check-ins. Note: This feature may use your device's location with permission for optimal functionality.

The Maisa application supports Finnish, Swedish, and English languages. It is utilized in HUS Helsinki University Hospital's services, the city of Helsinki, as well as in Vantaa, Kerava, and Kauniainen wellbeing services counties within Western Uusimaa.
